Description
JOB DUTIES : - Assess mental and physical needs of all residents regularly to ensure most appropriate activities are conducted. - Liaise closely with care staff and relatives to assess the most appropriate form of activity. - Develop community links with local groups, i.e. churches and schools. - Organise entertainers to visit the home. - Organise a comprehensive activities programme which encompasses all seasons and special events. - Use budget in most effective manner. - Encourage staff and relatives to become involved in any activity programmes. This job description indicates the main duties and responsibilities of the post. It is not intended as a complete list and may be subject to review periodically. OTHER INFO : Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal records check. SALARY INFO : Ages: 16-20 £6.95, 21-24 £7.10 and 25+ £7.51 per hour.
