REPORT ON LAST THURSDAY NOTE:9
INTRO
Last Thursday, May 10, my partners and me decided to go on strike that had called the student union and not attending class for reasons of protest before the decision of the judge of the case of the” manada” (wolfpack)
WHAT HAPPENED
The student union had called a march and I decided to go because I do not agree with that resolution. I am also a feminist who will fight for their rights and believes in equality between men and women.
The march was impressive, there were lots of people and we shouted in unison chanting "you do not look at us together" or "I do believe you". The march started in the town hall of Valencia, lasted approximately one hour where we made a small tour that we went around the colon street and returned by "la plaza la reina” (queen's square) until returning again to the town hall that is where it ended People carried slogans with phrases like "it's not abuse is rape" or "quiet sister this is your wolfpack”
PERSONAL OPINION
My personal opinion is that this resolution is outrageous and unjust and unfortunately it is not an isolated case. There are many women who are raped and do not count it out of fear.
Fortunately, not all men are like that and there are men who fight with us in this struggle that has no end.
"FOR A WORLD WITHOUT WOLFPACK"(“POR UN MUNDO SIN MANADAS”)
